Chanshal River Camp
To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly request all guests to follow these rules and guidelines during their time at Chanshal River Camp.
✅ What is Allowed
Peaceful Stay: Relax and soak in the natural beauty and calm environment of the camp.
Family & Couple Friendly: We warmly welcome families, couples, solo travelers, and small groups.
Photography: Personal photography is encouraged in and around the property.
Local Food Requests: Guests can request traditional Himachali cuisine (subject to availability).
Bonfire Evenings: Campfire arrangements can be organized on prior request and are subject to weather conditions.
Pet-Friendly (with approval): Pets may be allowed; please confirm while booking.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available on prior request and subject to availability.
Outdoor Games: Guests are welcome to enjoy outdoor games and sports provided at the camp.
❌ What is Not Allowed
Loud Music & Parties: No DJ setups, loudspeakers, or late-night parties are allowed to preserve the tranquillity of the camp and respect local communities.
Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside tents, cottages, and enclosed areas.
Alcohol Abuse: Responsible drinking is allowed in private areas. Drunken or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Unregistered Visitors: Only guests with valid bookings and IDs are allowed to stay overnight.
Illegal Activities: Any unlawful behavior will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund and possible reporting to authorities.
Littering: Help us protect the environment. Use dustbins provided and avoid plastic waste.
Cooking Inside Tents/Cottages: Strictly prohibited for safety and hygiene reasons.
River Activities Without Supervision: Guests are not allowed to enter or attempt river activities without staff supervision or designated arrangements.
Campfire Without Permission: Lighting bonfires independently without staff approval is not permitted for safety reasons.
Disturbing Wildlife: Guests must refrain from feeding, chasing, or disturbing local wildlife.

Kindly inform us in advance if you anticipate an early arrival or late departure.
Respect local customs, traditions, and the privacy of fellow guests and staff.
Children must be supervised by adults, especially near water bodies and during activities.
In case of emergencies or special requests, please contact our on-site manager at any time.
