Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Camp Rules

• Alcohol, smoking, and loud music may be restricted in certain areas. Guests are requested to respect local customs and camp rules.
• Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Any behavior disturbing other guests or camp staff will not be tolerated.
• Strictly prohibited:
• Illegal or suspicious activities
• Excessive noise, especially during nighttime hours
• Misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
• Chanshal River Camps reserves the right to deny entry or cancel bookings without refund in cases of misconduct or non-compliance with rules.

Rates and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• To secure your reservation, full payment or a specified advance deposit may be required.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods or late confirmations.
• Rates are subject to change, particularly during peak seasons or special events.

Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking type and selected rate plan. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
• Cancellations made within the permitted time frame may still incur charges.
• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days as per our refund policy.

Property Damage and Loss

Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss to camp property, furnishings, appliances, or décor during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.

Amendments to Terms

Chanshal River Camps reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request at the camp.
